Improving dietary habits: "Initiatives through tomato cultivation"
As part of our support for improving eating habits, we distributed tomato cultivation kits to those who requested them in April 2024. We hope that this cultivation opportunity helped employees to relieve stress and also served as a communication tool between employees and their families.
Adding a protein and vegetable dish to your daily meals will help you have a balanced diet. We asked people who grow vegetables to share their growth records.

Revival of the “Social Kitchen” where everyone cooks and eats together
We have restored kitchen spaces for employees at our major locations. They are being used for lunch communication with team members who have had less time to meet due to work style reforms and ABW, and with people who work together but don't have a chance to talk.
Although the event was postponed for three years due to the coronavirus pandemic, a revival event was held in August 2023. By making pancakes and fruit punch, the participants, mainly new and mid-career employees, were able to experience how to communicate outside of work, both within and across departments.
We will continue to work on communication from various perspectives through various initiatives related to food.

Approximately 70 people participated.

Desk-type company meal service ~ “OFFICE DE YASAI” ~
We have introduced OFFICE DE YASAI, a stand-alone company meal service that allows you to easily purchase healthy meals in the office without the hassle of going out to buy them. We have conducted a questionnaire regarding meals and are expanding our efforts to introduce the system to more locations in the future.
In addition, starting in April 2023, we will be rolling out a new lineup, including frozen lunch boxes with a balanced nutritional content developed to reduce food waste, and new menu items to address the issue of skipping breakfast or having a light snack before returning home.
We will continue to support the health of our employees by providing high-protein, low-sugar, low-calorie lunches that are essential for building a healthy body, as well as vegetables and fruits that are often lacking in everyday life.
Water server installation
To allow employees to hydrate freely and to prevent heatstroke, we have installed water servers on each floor of our offices and in our factories.
