Not only are the number of showroom visitors increasing year by year, but so are the number of factory visitors. We create various opportunities to promote interaction with our distributors, who are our most important partners in delivering value to our customers. To strengthen our partnerships, we hold a conference every year, inviting distributor presidents from across the country. In 2024, they gathered in conjunction with our exhibit at ORGATEC TOKYO 2024, providing an opportunity to experience Itoki's proposals for future work styles.

Episode 05: Accepting high school students to visit the company

We welcome students on study visits to help them learn about Itoki's corporate activities. In 2024, we welcomed students from two high schools and introduced them to Itoki's work style, health management initiatives, and sustainability activities through an office tour. We will continue to support the learning and growth of the generation that will lead the future.

Episode 06 Contribution to the community

As a company that uses wood and resin in its products, we are continually conducting volunteer activities such as local cleanups to improve Planet environment. In 2024, we picked up trash around the factory and washed up on Lake Biwa and the coast. Participants in the beach trash pick-up said things like, "I realized the existence of microplastics and my awareness of manufacturing and consumption has changed." We will continue to promote environmental improvement activities rooted in the local community.
