The ITOKI CORPORATION Official Account Community Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as "these Community Guidelines") establish the rules for using the official social media accounts (hereinafter referred to as "Official Accounts") managed by ITOKI CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "our company," or "we"). Please agree to these Community Guidelines before using the Official Accounts.
1. Compliance with the Terms of Use and these Community Guidelines
When using the official account, all users must comply with the terms of use established by each social media platform and these community guidelines (including any separate guidelines for specific official accounts). "Using the official account" refers to actions such as posting or commenting on our official account.

4. Notes and Disclaimers
- We may delete inappropriate user content (comments, photos, videos) posted by you, even if it is related to the official account.
- Please understand that posted comments do not represent our official opinion. Our official announcements and opinions are communicated through our website, news releases, etc.
- User content you have posted does not reflect the opinions or ideals of the Company, its employees, or affiliates.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of statements or claims made in the Service, nor do we assume any responsibility for user content.
- The Company is not responsible for any damage incurred by the User due to the use or inability to use the Official Accounts.
- The Company is not responsible for any damage suffered by users or third parties due to troubles between users or troubles between users and third parties that occur in connection with official accounts.

In order to foster better communication on the official account, please avoid the following acts when using the account. If a user's acts fall under any of the following, the post may be deleted or the posting account may be blocked.

- Acts that infringe on the property, trust, privacy, etc. of our company, other users, or third parties.

- Violation of laws, regulations, or acts closely related to them.
- Acts of providing or attempting to provide obscene video, audio, text, etc.
- Activities such as displaying advertising banners, including any kind of advertising banner exchange or link exchange.
- Any other acts that fall under the category of misconduct as defined by each social media.
- Acts of posting that are unrelated to the purpose of the official account.
- Any other acts that our company deems inappropriate.
6. Changes to the Services and Terms of Use
Our company may change these community guidelines without user consent.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Japanese law shall apply as the governing law for these guidelines, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes arising in relation to the official account.
