In order to create a new way of working, it is important to first fully understand vision of top management and establish a direction. We thoroughly investigate the business characteristics of each department through interviews and questionnaires, and search for the optimal approach by comparing and analyzing the vast amount of data we have.
PlanningApproaching the “desired state” through a workshop
Workshops are held with members from each department to share the vision of top management and explore the desired work style and the office type needed to achieve it. We can also provide specific advice on how to select participants.
MaterializationRefining into a “concept”
The outline of the "desired image'' created in the previous step is shaped into a concrete "concept" and brought to life. In short, it serves as a compass for determining what kind of work style and office you want, and the guidelines to follow in moving this project.
Operation/Awareness-BuildingCovers everything from creating manuals to briefing sessions
We select members to work together on the operational plan and formulate operational rules for the new office.
