About the warranty period
We provide safe products that comply with the "Office Furniture PL Compatibility Guidelines" issued by theJapan Office and Institutional Furniture Association (JOIFA). Unless otherwise specified, the warranty period for products is 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years, depending on the category. This warranty begins on the date of purchase and follows the JOIFA customer service guidelines when used under normal conditions. We will continue to prioritize the quality and safety of our products and hope that you will continue to use them with confidence.

About JOIFA standard usage period
The Consumer Product Safety Act has been revised, and certain products are now required to display a "design standard use period." Although office furniture is not subject to this requirement, JOIFA has established a "JOIFA Standard Usage Period" to help prevent accidents caused by age-related deterioration and to ensure safe use. The expected years of deterioration for the structural parts of the product are indicated on a label to provide a safety warning. Please understand that this varies by product, and for more details, please contact us. The "JOIFA Standard Usage Period" for each item is listed in the table below.
