Respect for human rights workshop materials
We identified human rights risks based on opinions from employees at the "Respect for Human Rights" workshops held in fiscal 2021 and 2022, as well as information from the consultation and reporting desk. We also promote sustainable procurement that takes into consideration the working environment of our suppliers and respect for human rights, including child labor and forced labor. Going forward, based on our human rights due diligence process and with advice from external experts, we plan to identify significant human rights risks and take measures to prevent and reduce them.

Occupational safety and health
ITOKI, which advocates creating a people-centered environment, strives to create a workplace environment where employees can work safely and with peace of mind, and to maintain and improve their health. All employees recognize that safety is a basic condition of corporate activities, and we actively promote safety and health activities with the aim of preventing occupational accidents. Every year, we have carried out safety and health activities with the goal of zero occupational accidents, but in 2022, a serious occupational accident occurred at a production site at the beginning of the year, and we conducted a comprehensive safety inspection of all production sites, including group companies. did. We considered measures to prevent similar disasters at each business location, and all of our business locations have implemented permanent measures. In addition, we are once again conducting safety training by thoroughly reinforcing "stop, call, and wait."

Building labor-management relations
We believe that healthy labor-management relations that allow for thorough discussions regarding the company's future vision and important issues are essential to creating a company where employees can find fulfillment in their work. Based on this philosophy, in addition to labor-management councils and opinion exchange meetings, we hold regular secretariat meetings to share information and awareness of issues in an open and timely manner, and to seek solutions openly and constructively.
