Disseminating information on new ways of working through the Setouchi Triennale

As a partner of the "Setouchi Triennale 2022" which started in April 2022, we lent out a mobile office car that was planned and produced as part of our in-house project. In addition, during the spring, summer, and fall exhibitions, we will publish experiences from visiting the locations on our website to provide you with the real experience of workcation. During the summer session, I participated as a Koebi-tai volunteer and experienced art reception at an art festival, and during the fall session, I conducted a demonstration experiment of workation and reported the verification results externally. The verification results showed that workation in Setouchi had an improvement effect on work performance and well-being indicators, and it was confirmed that these effects lasted for four weeks. We will continue to think of and disseminate hints for new ways of working and initiatives that will revitalize the region.

Itoki group company FM Staff opened a regional co-creation type shared office “SLOW WORK YAITA” in Yaita City in northern Tochigi Prefecture in April 2022. The facility's catchphrase, "Work, connect, and enjoy in the community," is a place where workers from the region and the metropolitan area can gather, work, and work together to solve local issues, and have fun while discovering new value rooted in Yaita. It expresses the concept. We are working with local residents such as Yaita City and Yaita Hometown Support Center TAKIBI on initiatives that contribute to regional revitalization and regional revitalization.

Building health and social interaction through ring toss

Building health and social interaction through ring toss

Itoki's group company Itoki Marui Industries manufactures and sells competitive quoits. Ring toss is useful for ``improving mental and physical health'' and ``creating interactions that connect people.'' In joint research with Nagaoka University of Technology, it was confirmed that it has a certain effect on reducing stress. Furthermore, we are working with researchers to develop a ``universal ring toss'' that can be enjoyed by the elderly and people with disabilities. We will continue to actively participate in events and strive to spread the word.
