Human resources strategy

As expressed in Itoki's strength "Tech x Design based on PEOPLE," we strongly recognize that enhancing human capital leads to achieving management goals, and based on the concept of human capital management being "employees play a leading role," and with a relationship in which the company and employees mutually enhance each other, we have reconstructed a comprehensive human capital strategy with an emphasis on "expertise" and "diversity." By implementing each action plan linked to the personnel system reform, we will continue to rotate the positive cycle and spiral upward.
