07. Health information/knowledge acquisition
Regular health education i-training classes
We believe that health education is necessary in order to acquire the necessary knowledge and the ability to proactively tackle the health issues that each individual faces.
Therefore, we hold health education i-training classes every year, and about 80% of our employees voluntarily take part in the training. In August 2018, we will focus on "health management and health checkups," in February 2019 we will focus on "lifestyle habits that keep your body and mind healthy," and in 2020 and 2021 we will focus on familiar health topics such as "Learning about tobacco and thinking about your health." We have a theme.
We also have a course called ``Stress Management (Introductory/Practical/Advanced Edition)'' that you can learn from videos anytime.
Enhancement of internal public relations site “Recommendations for health”
In order to communicate health-related information in an easy-to-understand manner and raise employee health awareness, we have launched a portal site for the Health Management Promotion Committee that aggregates and stores health information.
By consolidating health information that was previously disseminated by each department such as the human resources department, health insurance association, and health promotion office, we will be able to provide you with a new service that will save you the trouble of searching for emails and documents even when you are busy. We are working hard to make this site a site that people can understand!
Health Promotion Committee portal site “Recommended for your health! ” has been launched.
Providing health information using digital signage
We are disseminating visual, real-time health information using digital signage installed throughout the company. In addition to health information such as health announcements and nutritional education content, it is also used as a means of communicating exercise events and health solutions.
Publication of health white paper
The Itoki Health White Paper is an internal newsletter that visualizes the health status of employees. ITOKI, the health insurance association, and the labor union began publishing this publication in 2014, using the analysis results from ITOKI's unique perspective as an opportunity to improve health awareness and reconsider lifestyle habits.
Since 2018, the Health Management Promotion Committee has taken the lead in publishing three volumes to date. With the goal of improving corporate value, companies, labor unions, and health insurance companies work together from the same perspective, leading to initiatives for "health management."
