To help children develop healthy lifestyle habits, an Itoki walking event will be held in May 2023 (two events will be held in 2023).In addition to individual competitions, it is also possible to participate in team competitions. exercise reward
From April 2019, we have established a new "health activity reward" system with the aim of encouraging exercise opportunities. Employees who attend the clinic at least once and work to improve their health will receive a lump sum of 10,000 yen for three months as a health activity reward.

A stretch live event was held at Nihonbashi XORK in July 2023. On the day of the event, it was streamed online and was attended by many employees from offices across the country as well as people working from home.
Tanita Health Program
Data measured by measurement devices such as body composition monitors and activity monitors equipped with communication functions are automatically graphed, and changes in one's own body condition and activity can be checked on a ``body chart'' using a computer or smartphone. can do. ``Karada Medical Record'' is full of content that allows employees to enjoy maintaining their health, such as the ``Tanita Health Column'' by a registered dietitian and the ``Walking Rally,'' where employees compete in the number of steps they take.
Adult physical fitness measurement
We have set up a grip strength measurement corner to raise awareness among employees about improving their health and getting into the habit of exercising. By installing it in an office or meeting space, you can use it as a part of communication, and by taking regular measurements, you can obtain objective indicators and maintain motivation to exercise. This is an opportunity for employees to reaffirm the importance of health and physical strength while having fun together.
health literacy
An independent survey of people's health awareness toward improving lifestyle habits such as exercise and eating habits resulted in an evaluation score of 51.1 points. We will continue to encourage our employees to improve their literacy through various initiatives.
