Efforts to understand and improve performance
~ Conducted company-wide independent survey “Performance Trail”
Every year, we conduct a company-wide proprietary survey called "PerformanceTrail" to visualize performance. By visualizing conditions (the state in which you can demonstrate your abilities) and performance (the degree to which you are demonstrating your abilities at work) for each organization and individual, you can determine the ultimate goal of health activities and improve the performance of your employees. Indicators related to changes in awareness and behavior were also revealed.
We also regularly monitor performance indicators related to health management through the "PerformanceTrail" survey. We clarify the factors that impede performance and the points for improvement, and utilize them in planning and implementing measures.

Going forward, we will continue to leverage our knowledge and know-how about ITOKI's work styles to continue efforts to raise health awareness and performance among individuals and organizations.
Initiatives to improve ES (employee satisfaction)
We conduct an employee satisfaction survey once a year to understand the state of employee motivation and its influencing factors. The survey results will be used as basic information for initiatives that will enable all employees to demonstrate their abilities, and we aim to evolve into a prosperous company full of vitality and where each and every employee can shine.
My place work
In addition to traditional telecommuting, employees can now telework from "My Place," a location prepared and selected by employees. Taking into account the needs of our employees, we are increasing the degree of freedom in where they work, and we are also incorporating "workcations," in which employees work in unusual locations, such as travel destinations, in combination with their leisure time. Employees who used the service said, ``Working in a place surrounded by nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city was more refreshing than I expected, and I was able to approach work with a different perspective than usual.'' We have created a ``working environment'' that is healthy for both mind and body.
