Itoki Health Management Declaration

Itoki considers the physical and mental health of its employees to be an important management issue, and in order to further promote strategic health management, it established the Health Management Declaration in February 2017.
We are systematizing various initiatives and activities related to employee health, which have traditionally been carried out mainly by the company and health insurance association, and are accelerating activities to make health management one of our strengths.

Health Management Promotion Committee (purpose and structure)

Health Management Promotion Committee The key theme is ``Aiming to be a company where all employees can work with peace of mind and are healthy both in body and mind,'' and the committee includes management, human resources department, health promotion office, general affairs department, solution development department, health and health union, and labor union.
