Facilities
stairs installed in the office
Our head office, ITOKI DESIGN HOUSE, has an internal staircase that allows employees to move up and down within the office without using the elevator.
To encourage employees to use the internal staircase, artworks were installed near the stairs and the design ensured daylight, creating an office that naturally encourages physical activity.

Factory break rooms and office spaces
We are improving the factory's break rooms and work spaces based on the feedback of employees who actually use them, so that they can spend their break time effectively and efficiently. Specifically, the break rooms are equipped with calm-colored carpets, chairs, and tables, and the work spaces are equipped with calm-colored walls and partitions, open windows, and greenery, all based on the concept of "a bright space where you can relax and feel energized during your break."
