Facilities
stairs installed in the office
Our head office, ITOKI TOKYO XORK, has an internal staircase that allows employees to move up and down within the office without using the elevator.
To encourage employees to use the internal staircase, artworks were installed near the stairs and the design ensured that daylight was available, creating an office that naturally encourages physical activity.

By incorporating art into the office environment, we are creating mechanisms to provide intellectual and emotional stimulation, reduce psychological stress, and maximize creativity.

factory break room
We are improving our factory break rooms based on ideas from employees who actually use them, so that they can spend their break time efficiently and effectively.
The facility was created with the concept of "a bright space where you can relax and feel energized during your break" and features a cafe-like lounge with calming colored carpets, chairs, and tables, as well as a space for taking off your shoes and relaxing with reclining chairs, and a nap area.
