Exercise recommended
QOLism Walking Event/Health Challenge
In fiscal 2022, we introduced the health promotion app "QOLism" and held walking events in spring and autumn. In addition to individual competitions, participants can also participate in team competitions using the mobile app, and we held an explanatory meeting for factory employees, with many people participating. In addition to the walking event, from fiscal 2024, we will implement a new challenge for people under the age of 39, "4-week challenge, gift present for goal achievement." By reaching out to the younger generation, we have been able to raise awareness of healthy lifestyle habits.

exercise reward
Starting in fiscal 2019, we established a new "health activity reward" system with the aim of encouraging employees to exercise. Employees who visit a paid sports gym or other facility a total of 24 times or more within a three-month period (April, May, June, etc.) and work to improve their health will be paid a lump sum of 10,000 yen per three months as a health activity reward.
stretch event
A Stretch Live event was held at ITOKI TOKYO XORK in July 2023. The event was streamed online, and many employees from offices across the country, including those currently working remotely, participated.

Support system for club and circle activities
In order to support voluntary club and circle activities among employees, we established new regulations setting out activity requirements and a subsidy system effective August 1, 2024. The target activities are activities aimed at promoting friendship among employees, such as activities aimed at improving corporate value by promoting culture, arts, sports, etc. within the company and activities aimed at revitalizing communication within the company.

Adult physical fitness measurement
We have set up a grip strength measurement corner to raise awareness among employees about improving their health and getting into the habit of exercising. By installing it in an office or meeting space, you can use it as a part of communication, and by taking regular measurements, you can obtain objective indicators and maintain motivation to exercise. This is an opportunity for employees to reaffirm the importance of health and physical strength while having fun together.

health literacy
An independent survey of people's health awareness toward improving lifestyle habits such as exercise and eating habits resulted in an evaluation score of 51.1 points. We will continue to encourage our employees to improve their literacy through various initiatives.
(The average score of 20,000 people nationwide is 48.4 points, with a perfect score of 100; the closer to the perfect score, the better the condition.)
