CASBEE WELL Office Evaluation Certification

In January 2022, in collaboration with the Nihonbashi Takashimaya Mitsui Building Management Association and Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., we launched the "CASBEE-Smart Wellness", which evaluates the performance of office buildings, etc. in terms of intelligent production, health and comfort, energy-saving environments, security, and safety from multiple angles. We have obtained the highest rank (S rank) certification in the Office Certification System.
The building received high praise for its basic performance in terms of energy saving, safety and security, a work environment that promotes health and high productivity within private areas, and common areas that support the health and comfort of workers.
Certified as a Health and Productivity Management Organization White 500 (for 8 consecutive years)

We have been certified as a ``2024 Health and Productivity Management Organization Recognition Organization White 500'', jointly selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi. This is the first time a company engaged in the office furniture business has been certified for eight consecutive years.
Winner of the Excellence Award at the 6th Platinum Career Awards
In July 2024, we received the Excellence Award for "Double Improvement of Employee Engagement and Expertise" at the 6th Platinum Career Awards, organized by Mitsubishi Research Institute and Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation to recognize companies that are working to create advanced platinum careers.
A "Platinum Career" is a career that Japanese working adults should aim for in the post-COVID era, and is defined as one in which they personally practice three things: "long-term perspective," "independent learning," and "solving social issues." The Platinum Career Award recognizes companies that are taking the lead in creating such platinum careers.

Certified as a “Tokyo Sports Promotion Model Company”

We have been selected as a "Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Promotion Model Company (Sports Practice Category)" for FY2023. This is the third time we have been selected as a model company, following FY2015 and FY2021.
The Tokyo Sports Promotion Company Certification System is a system in which the Tokyo Metropolitan Government certifies companies that promote employee sports activities and carry out social activities in the sports field. A company that is undertaking a certain initiative is selected as a model company.
In fiscal year 2023, 10 companies, including ITOKI, were selected as model companies out of 483 companies certified as sports promotion companies.

Recognized as Silver by Japan Sports Agency's "Sports Yell Company 2024" for 7 consecutive years

We have been certified as a "Sports Yell Company 2024" by the Japan Sports Agency as a company that is implementing initiatives to support and promote the sports activities of its employees. This is the seventh consecutive year that our company has been certified, and this time we have achieved Silver Certification.
Eruboshi certification

In August 2022, the implementation status of efforts to promote women's active participation in the workplace was recognized as being excellent, and the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare awarded the company the highest level of "Eruboshi Certification" based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace (3rd stage). 3 stars)” certification.
