Work-life management
Itoki is working on work-life management to support diverse work styles for diverse human resources. In addition, we are promoting awareness of the system and encouraging employees to use it, so that they can overcome times of restrictions and continue to play an active role for a longer period of time, even when they reach a life event.
Initiatives for work style

We are working to improve our work style system so that each employee can embody ITOKI's mission statement We Design Tomorrow. We Design WORK-Style." Each department applies fixed working hours (called "unity") and flextime (called "flex") according to the characteristics of their department, maximizing employee productivity and performance. In addition, employees can choose to work remotely from a location of their choice, and with prior permission, "workcation," working in a different environment from usual, such as when traveling, is also possible.
Strengthening the welfare system

ITOKI offers comprehensive employee benefits services, including support for self-improvement and assistance for life events. The utilization rate of the services is over 80%, and by proactively utilizing the system, it contributes to further improving employees' happiness and encouraging them to take paid leave, thereby improving their proactive work-life balance. In addition, we have implemented a project to present ITOKI-made school bags (QNORQ) to employees with children or grandchildren who will be entering elementary school next spring, and have introduced a matching app (Aill goen) designed for single employees of companies that place importance on employment and employee benefits.
Initiatives regarding rest

Itoki is committed to encouraging employees to take time off so that everyone can work while increasing their productivity and work engagement. To ensure that new employees can perform with peace of mind from the day they join Itoki, we have a system in place where new graduates are granted special paid leave in the event of injury or illness, and experienced employees are granted annual paid leave on the day they join the company. Annual paid leave is granted up to 25 days, which is more than the legal limit, and we continue to promote the taking of leave in cooperation with teams and the entire company by planning in the company's public schedule at the beginning of the year that all employees will take 65% of the granted days in fiscal 2023. We also focus on educational activities, such as regularly disseminating information about taking leave to all employees.
