Recruitment of specialized and global talent
Itoki's work involves interacting with a variety of people and working on projects as a team. Each person thinks about what is expected of them and what they can do to contribute to customers, society, and the company, involves the people around them, and takes responsibility to the end without fear of failure. We are looking for people who can bring their strengths to the table and accomplish their goals.
The ratio of specialist personnel hired increased 2.1 times
We are developing products to realize new office and work styles that correspond to the rapid diversification and digitalization of work styles, and acquiring highly specialized human resources, which is a prerequisite, is an important issue. Therefore, we are focusing on acquiring highly specialized human resources in fields such as AI and mechanical engineering. By implementing measures such as using specialized agents and holding meetup events, the ratio of specialized human resources hired is expected to increase 2.1 times (year-on-year) to 13.4% in 2023 (6.25% in 2022).

Strengthening recruitment of global human resources
As mentioned above, we are strengthening our acquisition of highly specialized human resources and recruiting global human resources from overseas. From 2022, we will exhibit at a job fair held at Hanoi University of Science and Technology in Vietnam. As a result, as of April 2024, we have hired 11 highly skilled science and engineering personnel (including 9 people who are scheduled to join the company). In addition, we will exchange letters of confirmation with Hanoi University of Science and Technology in December 2023 for the purpose of entering into a partnership for friendly exchanges and highly skilled human resources, and we plan to hold an internship for 10 students from July to August 2024. The purpose is to allow them to experience practical techniques in the corporate field as well as Japanese culture and customs. In addition, we are also working on developing various training programs to strengthen the company's acceptance system and foster a culture.

Enhancing internships for new graduates
With regard to new graduate recruitment, we have been working to enhance internships in light of the seller's market outlook. With regard to internships, we have expanded the types of positions offered and increased the number of people accepted. In addition, to avoid gaps, we have created a program that emphasizes on-site work experience. In addition, we are working to deepen understanding of the company by carrying out measures to increase awareness, such as one-day workshops and online information sessions.
