Recruiting specialized personnel

To further evolve our strength of "Tech x Design based on PEOPLE," we are working to develop new products and businesses using cutting-edge technology and data, and to promote internal digital transformation. We are strategically securing the specialized talent to support these efforts, disseminating information to media aimed at IT talent, utilizing specialized platforms, and strengthening referral recruitment by leveraging our employee networks. As a result, we have significantly increased the number of specialized talent we hire by 59% compared to the previous year (12 in 2023, 19 in 2024). While we are expanding our recruitment of experienced talent in addition to specialized talent, training and support for retention with an eye toward their success after hiring will become important themes going forward.

Recruiting global talent

With the aim of acquiring highly specialized human resources, we continue to exhibit at the job fair held by Hanoi University of Science and Technology in Vietnam, thereby expanding our contact points with talented science and engineering personnel. As a result of implementing a one-month internship for students from the university to gain technical experience and cultural experience in Japan, a total of six people have joined the company as of the end of December 2024. We will continue to secure human resources from a global perspective, and promote the creation of an organization with diversity and technical capabilities.

New Graduate Recruitment

For new graduates, we are working to enhance internship programs to encourage them to form a concrete image of what it will be like after joining the company. We encourage them to understand our business through accompanying sales staff, work experience at our head office, and factory tours at our production bases. We also provide opportunities for them to interact with senior employees, so that they can get a feel for what it's like to work. Furthermore, we regularly hold office tours to promote both understanding of the company and increasing awareness.
