A family-like management style that completely changes the image of the office
"The biggest house in Fukui"
Matsukawa RAPYARN Co., Ltd. produces a wide range of woven labels, mainly brand tags for famous domestic and international apparel manufacturers. The company has a corporate culture that values family-like ties, and built a new office building to make the most of this characteristic and improve business efficiency. The homey space, which is not found in ordinary offices, is expanding the scope of its activities with an eye toward opening up to the local community in the future.

The second floor cafe space has a skeleton ceiling that gives it a sense of openness. The large table in the center was made from recycled materials from renovation work by a group company.

In one corner of the cafe space, there is a library of second-hand books brought by employees.

The staff working here are mostly retired people, and they also serve local cuisine, making it a place where people can learn about the area.

A bright relaxation space where natural light pours in through the large north-facing windows. There is also an adjacent sleeping space for employees to use. This was installed with the idea that taking a nap would allow employees to concentrate better on their work in the afternoon.

The offices on the first floor are fitted with 120-degree desks, allowing employees to communicate and work efficiently.

The exterior is like a home, as per the concept. The exterior stairs on the right side lead directly to the cafe space on the second floor.

We had heard from the design firm that ITOKI not only provides office furniture, but also offers comprehensive proposals, and that was indeed the case. Takeda-san really had a lot of ideas and presented us with many options when considering the plan. He also provided us with the reasons for his proposals, so we were able to make our own arrangements.
Thanks to you, the new building has become a comfortable space for employees to work in, just as we had hoped when planning it. We are looking forward to more space, such as the relaxation space on the second floor and the front garden of the building.
There is also some space that we would like to make effective use of, so we would like to ask for your help again when it comes to making improvements.

"The biggest house in Fukui" was born from Matsukawa RAPYARN's warm corporate culture where the executives and employees are like a real family. All the people who participated in the project worked together towards that concept to create the house.
We had many, many discussions, and seeing the employees working enthusiastically after completion makes us feel that the project is paying off.
