Creating an office with a focus on people. A project born from that idea.

In every planning meeting for an event or seminar, we seriously discuss what kind of content would be enjoyable and useful to our customers. In the midst of this, someone said that in recent years, the term "human capital management" has become more common, and that people-centered values are being valued once again. So, what can offices do in response to this? How can offices and working styles change by focusing on people? This is how the theme of this event, "People and the Office," was born.

With that theme as the core, we wanted to deliver a wide variety of content that many people could enjoy! So we divided the event into two parts: the "keynote speech" that symbolizes the event, and the "on-demand seminar" where specialist members of ITOKI will take the stage. This is how the framework for the event was formed.

The "keynote speech" received a huge response! What was the content?

For the keynote speeches, we invited Hiromitsu Ochiai, former manager of the Chunichi Dragons, Madoka Maeno, visiting professor at the Musashino University Faculty of Well-Being, and Kunio Ito, chairman of the "Human Resources Ito Report," to give in-depth talks on organizations, human resource development, offices, and work styles from their respective perspectives. The content of the speeches received a great response,

It was very valuable. The talk gave me some ideas for building an organization (Mr. Ochiai's lecture).
I learned the importance of well-being. It was a lecture that made me feel happy listening to it (Maeno's lecture)
This was a great episode that clearly explained how the office environment affects people and contributes to improving corporate value (lecture by Mr. Ito)

We have received many comments such as the above. Thank you very much to everyone who took the time to watch the video!

There will also be plenty of seminars featuring ITOKI members!

Now, let's take a look at the "on-demand seminar" in which ITOKI members took the stage. This time, a diverse range of members, including office designers, data consultants, and product development specialists, took the stage. The atmosphere during the recording was serious, yet somehow friendly.

The four on-demand seminars we delivered this time are listed below. We will introduce the overview of each one.

A flexible office that responds to changes in work styles -New products proposed by ITOKI-

What will be required in the future is an office that is mobile and can respond flexibly to any situation. To achieve this, we introduced new next-generation products that have been carefully designed to be flexible and easy to communicate with.

The latest office trends and the future of offices that will help attract talent

In the future, as the competition for talent intensifies, having an attractive office is becoming an indispensable element. We will introduce the latest office trends that you should know about and how the renovation of ITOKI's Tokyo head office embodies these trends.

How to improve your office without failure using data

When considering office improvements, data is an extremely powerful ally. What kind of effect can be achieved by collecting and analyzing various office data, such as seat usage and how conference rooms are used? A consultant spoke about evidence-based office improvements that will not fail.

What do Gen Z and Gen Alpha want? Five major principles for an office that attracts young people!

What do the younger generation want and expect from the office? An office designer who is also a member of Gen Z explains this must-have theme from a wide range of perspectives. We introduced how to create an office where people can gather and feel proud.

This is how ITOKI seminars are created...!

We have received many encouraging comments.

We have received a lot of positive feedback about these on-demand seminars. Here are some of them!

I can clearly see that (ITOKI's new products) combine functionality and design.
I learned about the changes in office environments to suit the times, which was very helpful.
I was able to understand how to analyze the current issues through data analysis.
・The theme of what Generation Z wants from the office was new and refreshing, which I thought was great.

Thank you very much for all the valuable feedback you have given us. All of our members will carefully read through each and every one of them and use them as a reference for making our future projects even better!

Please look forward to future events!

Once again, we would like to thank everyone for their participation in "ITOKI Workstyle NEXT 2024." ITOKI will continue to plan many more events for everyone to enjoy.
