Announcement of online seminar "DATA AND PEOPLE TO ACTION - Practitioners talk about data-driven work style transformation projects"

On Wednesday, November 6th, we will be hosting an online seminar entitled "DATA AND PEOPLE TO ACTION - Practitioners talk about data-driven work style transformation projects" hosted by Veldhoen + Company, the founders of ABW.

In recent years, from the perspective of human capital management, there has been a demand to collect and utilize data from multiple angles, focusing on employee satisfaction and well-being, to optimize work styles and office environments. However, many people in charge are probably struggling with the specific methods of what data to collect and how to use it in order to bring about fundamental organizational change.

In this webinar, we will invite a project leader from Hitachi, Ltd. Power System Design Department to share a case study of data utilization in a work style transformation project in his department. This is valuable content that can be learned from practical experience, including not only success stories through data analysis, but also issues that could not be solved by data alone and how they overcame them.

Our consultants will also explain the steps for implementing ABW and hybrid work from the perspective of data utilization.
Don't miss this opportunity to hear the real voices of practitioners.
