*1 “Best Workplace” certification criteria
As an advanced D&I company that promotes D&I at a high level not only in Japan but also globally, we not only foster a corporate culture of D&I, but each and every employee actively works as an individual responsible for promoting D&I. A company whose D&I philosophy is reflected in all aspects of its services, business, and corporate organization, and which extends outside the company.
*2 What is the D&I AWARD Grand Prize/D&I AWARD Award?
This award is given to companies that have a high diversity score among companies certified as "Best Workplaces" and are taking initiatives that serve as role models.
Reasons for winning the D&I AWARD Award (company category with 301 to 3,000 employees)
We were particularly praised for leveraging our strengths as a professional office building company to engage in initiatives such as "Alli Exhibition" and the development of offices and office furniture that are easy to use for people with disabilities. The company's proactiveness in promoting D&I can be seen from its efforts in line with its own human resources issues and the commitment of its top management.
