ITOKI CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Minato) will be holding the "ITOKI x LGBTQ Ally Exhibition" at showrooms and factories nationwide from April 13, 2023 until the end of June, which is Pride Month*.
*Pride Month: A period during which activities and events are held in Japan, the United States, and other parts of the world to raise awareness of LGBTQ+ rights.

ITOKI "We Design Tomorrow. We Design WORK-Style. "As a company, we aim to create a work environment where everyone can work in their own way, and we are working to respect and support diverse sexual orientations and gender identities. In order to convey the message of the declaration both inside and outside the company, we have set up exhibition spaces at the entrance of our Tokyo head office and in showrooms and factories across the country.

- At the same time as declaring an LGBTQ ally, we distribute original LGBTQ ally badges and stickers within the company to make it visible that we are allies.
- Obtained ``Bronze'' in the ``PRIDE Index,'' an evaluation index for initiatives related to sexual minorities such as LGBTQ within companies.

- Introducing a "partnership system" that applies the same benefits and regulations to common-law couples, same-sex partners, their children, and parents as legal spouses and family members.
- Regulations clearly state that SOGI harassment is prohibited and sensitive personal information such as an individual's sexual orientation, gender identity, medical history, and infertility treatment will not be disclosed to other workers without the worker's consent.
