Itoki has been recognized as the highest ranked “Best Workplace” in Japan’s largest “D&I Award 2022”

On February 14, ITOKI CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Minato) was recognized as the highest ranking "Best Workplace" in the D&I Award 2022, Japan's largest award sponsored by JobRainbow Inc., which recognizes companies committed to diversity and inclusion.

What is D&I Award?

This award is a certification system that scores companies that are working on diversity and inclusion using a unique index called the "Diversity Score" and evaluates them based on their scores. Based on the scores of a total of 100 items from five perspectives: gender gap, LGBT, disability, multicultural coexistence, and childcare/nursing care, there are 3 categories: Beginner (certified score of 1 to 20 points), Standard (certified score of 21 points). ~60 points), Advanced (certification score of 61 to 80 points), and Best Workplace (certification score of 81 to 100 points) will be certified.

What is D and I Award?

Itoki has been certified as a "Best Workplace" as an advanced D&I company that promotes D&I at a high level not only in Japan but also globally. We are a company where each employee is actively working as an individual responsible for promoting D&I, and the philosophy of D&I is reflected in all aspects of services, business, and corporate organization, and this is now spreading outside the company. ``This is the position.
