Itoki receives 3-star Eruboshi certification as an excellent company based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace

ITOKI CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Minato Koji; hereinafter, "ITOKI") received three-star (third level) "Elboshi" certification from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare on August 23, 2022, as a company that has an excellent record of implementing initiatives to promote women's participation in the workforce.

"Eruboshi Certification" is a system in which the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare certifies companies that have established and submitted an action plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace and that have excellent initiatives to promote the active participation of women. . Employees are evaluated on a three-point scale based on five criteria set by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare: 1. Recruitment, 2. Continued employment, 3. Working style including working hours, 4. Ratio of managers, and 5. Diverse career paths.
