We have obtained the "Kurumin" certification mark under the Act on Promotion of Measures to Support the Development of Next Generations.

2020 Certified Kurumin Childcare Support

On December 11, 2020, ITOKI was certified by the Tokyo Labor Bureau as a "Childcare Support Company" based on the "Next Generation Development Support Promotion Act" and received the Next Generation Development Support Company Certification Mark (nicknamed "Kurumin"). did. This recognition recognizes the results of our efforts in the General Employer Action Plan based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation, and we have been certified as a ``standard-compliant general employer.''

We received certification based on the following behavioral guidelines and initiatives.

Goals and initiatives

Goal 1

Create an environment where it is easy for both women and men to take childcare leave and return to work within the planned period so that they can balance childcare and work and play an active role.

Initiative details
  • The human resources department conducts career support interviews for employees who have taken childcare leave and their superiors three times in total (before childcare leave, before returning to work, and after returning to work).
  • In order to encourage men eligible for childcare leave to take the system, we have created and distributed the ``Work-Childcare Balance Support Handbook For Men'' following the ``Childcare Support Handbook.''

Goal 2

Invite employees' families to the working showroom and hold events to learn about the environment in which employees work.

Initiative details
  • Since 2005, we have been holding [employee family tours]. Not only small children, but also important family members such as parents and grandparents are invited to the working showroom, where the president, employees, and their families can interact.
  • Promote understanding of the company and work by coming into contact with ITOKI products
