From the perspective of eliminating the barrier between the office and the showroom, Itoki's proposal to incorporate interiors that evoke the feeling of daily life into the office was innovative, and many employees said they would like to work in this kind of environment. I think that the calm atmosphere created by the interior and furniture contributes to the activation of communication, as there are many scenes where chance encounters develop into communication at the counter seats. ITOKI also supported us in creating an operation manual. In order to change the way we work, documenting and sharing was very effective for a smooth start of operations.
Comment
What we proposed as a "showroom for discovering and realizing new ways of living" office was based on the concept of working in the scenes of daily life and gaining awareness.
We aim to create an environment where the showroom and office work better together by planning and designing the necessary equipment and stock for an office by incorporating them into living spaces with themes such as "Library, Café, and Garden." Ta.
By providing selectivity to the interior and venue, this office promotes the interaction of diverse staff and creates further value, a feature unique to showrooms.
