The concept is “LIKE ONE LIFE”.
An office that consolidates three operating companies and maximizes group synergy.
LIKE, Inc. aims to become a comprehensive lifestyle support corporate group that supports all aspects of people's lives, with childcare, human resources, and nursing care as the three pillars of its business.
In March 2020, offices that were previously separated by business company were consolidated into one location.

General Manager of Business Management Headquarters
Mr. Shino Muranishi
ITOKI provided proposals based on their deep understanding of our company, including the concept of "LIKE ONE LIFE" at the time of the competition. Even at the stage of actually building the office, I got the impression that they consulted carefully not only on furniture, interior design, and color planning, but also on miscellaneous goods and office operations, and worked together to create the office. In the new office, communication has become much easier, especially around the cafe, and interaction between groups has become more active. It was very well received by customers and people visiting for interviews, and the branding effect was improved, with people asking if they could take a photo.
Comment
Based on the office concept of "LIKE ONE LIFE," I believe we have been able to build a wonderful office that encourages collaboration between previously dispersed group companies and supports the creation of synergies.
In addition, I feel that the interior design of the floor cafe space where various companies gather was created through repeated deliberations and pursuits between the ITOKI designers and the customer, resulting in a highly complete space.
We would be happy if LIKE, Inc. thought of our office as "an office that we are proud of." I pray for your continued development.

This project started as a relocation plan to build a new office that would maximize the synergies between group companies in line with the group consolidation relocation of LIKE, Inc.
The office concept "LIKE ONE LIFE" is a slogan that combines the two objectives of LIKE ONE (LIKE groups become one) and ONE LIFE (face each person's life). We aimed to create an office where all employees could feel a sense of unity, with the aim of accelerating communication between employees from different companies as well as the strengths and strengths of each group company that was scattered around.
The customer and the design team worked together to create a communication space that pays close attention to detail without compromise.
