Promoting talent acquisition and retention while evolving work styles
Innovative Intelligent Office
To accommodate the increase in staff as business expands and to acquire and retain the talent that will be increasingly needed in the future, the company opened a new office in Midland Square, a landmark in front of Nagoya Station. The project progressed in two stages, with the 20th floor first constructed and put into operation. The opinions and improvements gained there were fed back to the 19th floor. This resulted in the creation of a functional, sophisticated, intelligent office that also serves as a live office proposing cutting-edge ways of working.
