A new office where you can work while selecting a "dedicated space" designed to suit your work and activities at the time.
Since HANASAKU LIFE INSURANCE Co., Ltd. was established in July 2018, we have expanded our team with a focus on organizational expansion and mid-career recruitment in conjunction with business expansion.
As the number of employees is expected to continue increasing in the future, the decision was made to increase the floor space in order to create a comfortable office environment where employees can maximize their productivity.
In addition to standard office seats, the new office has created various types of seats, including focus rooms, duo booths, and chat rooms, creating a space that supports employees' diverse work styles.
Areas where fixed seating and security were required for work had to be divided with partitions, but by creating a variety of spaces similar to general office areas within the divided areas, all employees could work in new ways. We were able to realize this.

Entrance/Reception
Entrance/Reception
A counter has been set up at the entrance/reception area that employees can use for events, etc. The purpose is to use digital signage and other tools to promote the image of ``taking on new challenges'' both inside and outside the company.

The big table, which is the center of the office area, is equipped with plants and multiple monitors to create a place for employees to gather.

Office Space
Office Space
We have a variety of seats available for you to choose from, such as co-work, focus, chat, duo, collaboration, and recharge. We set operational rules for each space and devised ways to allow employees to use it meaningfully.

High security room
High security room
For employees who need to work in a highly secure space for work purposes, we have prepared seats that can be selected according to the activity, just like in the general office area. Employees who previously worked at their own desks in separate spaces now have a space where they can easily refresh themselves.

Step
Step
Step-shaped seats are available as a collaboration area. With a design inspired by lawns and balloons, we aim to encourage communication while relaxing.

Refresh space/meeting room

The refreshment space is equipped with a dry pantry and a variety of seats, and is designed to be used for meetings and office work. The floor of the glass conference room, where you can see what's going on inside, has a colorful design inspired by the Hanasaku Seimei logo.

There are family restaurant booths, sofa booths, and duo booths near the window, creating a space that supports a variety of activities. Each seat is equipped with a monitor to promote paperless meetings.

This was the first large-scale relocation since the company's founding, so we started the project without much effort, but thanks to Itoki's detailed support, we were able to proceed very smoothly.
In order to create an "office that allows for advanced working styles," we provide speedy and efficient support, from support for planning and implementing employee surveys and workshops, to actual layout proposals, arranging interior work, and advice on office operations. Thanks to their courteous response, we were able to create a bright and comfortable office that is typical of HANASAKU LIFE.

This project started a year and a half ago, before the company name was decided on <HANASAKU LIFE INSURANCE>, when we received a request for cooperation in building an office for the establishment of a new company. To our delight, our business performance quickly increased, and as our staff increased, we continued to receive requests for cooperation in expansion and relocation. We received great praise for the collective strength of Team ITOKI and the three-dimensional approach of sales, designers, and PM.
As the main PM, I promoted the project and through workshops and department interviews, completed an office that realizes the work style that Hanasaku Life aims for. I feel that this project could only have been completed with the cooperation of everyone in the secretariat and our support system. I'm happy to see the smiling faces of all our employees at the office preview.

In this project, we involved many employees and used a variety of methods to think through the type of work style we were aiming for. This was my second time helping out since I was involved in building the office when the company was established, and since the last time I have stepped into a new way of working, creating a rich space that supports employees' work.
The workplace was created by everyone working together to analyze issues and requests through a variety of methods, including interviews with all departments, surveys, and workshops. From a design perspective, we made sure to make well-founded suggestions regarding the sound gradation, color scheme, and details.
