We have formulated a three-year medium-term management plan covering the period from the fiscal year ending December 2024 to the fiscal year ending December 2026, and have set a goal of data-driven management through the use of digital technology and data. The social environment is undergoing major changes, including the acceleration of digitalization, diversification and complexity of work styles, progress in human capital investment, and changes in the status and position of offices that contribute to engagement and productivity. In this environment, we are promoting and realizing the development of products and services that anticipate changes in social and market needs and the creation of new business models, as well as promoting and realizing structural reforms to make our existing operational mechanisms adaptable to future changes.

In order to flexibly and swiftly address the above challenges, we will utilize cutting-edge digital technologies such as AI and IoT to strengthen the promotion of digital transformation as part of our management strategy. Specifically, we will work to promote digital transformation to improve the experience of our customers, enhance management, and improve the efficiency of our production and operations, based on digital transformation strategies such as digital transformation for products and services in each business based on Office 3.0, digital transformation in various business processes, advanced business management using data, development of digital transformation human resources, and strengthening of the digital transformation foundation.

Itoki's Digital Transformation Declaration

Based on its mission statement, We Design Tomorrow. We Design WORK-Style." the ITOKI Group will further evolve its strength in AI x Design based on PEOPLE, place AI at the core of its management, and realize the creation of new businesses and operational improvements through its DX strategy, utilizing cutting-edge technology and data.

Data Business

We contribute to our customers and society by proactively researching, developing, and providing new products and services that utilize digital technology and accumulated data.
Itoki itself uses these new products and services, enabling flexible "work styles."

"ITOKI OFFICE AI AGENTS," a new Office 3.0 solution that forms the core of AI-powered management.

Based on our track record of supporting data-driven office construction and operation for over 160 companies, approximately 30,000 design data files and various office data annually, and our long-standing expertise in office design and facility management, we have developed "ITOKI OFFICE AI AGENTS" as a new solution that fuses AI and human intelligence. This solution offers three innovative AI solutions.

(1) Facility Portfolio AI

This AI agent calculates the optimal area, seating capacity, layout, and cost structure, and simulates the reorganization of facilities. It integrates Wi-Fi data, meeting system information, and scheduling data to provide a comprehensive analysis of usage across multiple locations, such as up to 100 sites. By presenting options for consolidating, decentralizing, and reorganizing facilities with concrete figures, it significantly reduces the time required for facility strategy considerations and supports faster management decision-making.

(2) Workplace Insight AI

This system analyzes diverse information, including unstructured data such as drawings, photographs, questionnaires, and management policy documents, to structurally extract office challenges and areas for improvement. Furthermore, it automatically performs comparisons with similar cases, predicts the effects of improvements, and calculates ROI, providing management and administrative departments with highly effective decision-making information.

(3) Space Matching AI

Based on occupancy information, behavioral patterns, and usage history, the system determines available spaces in real time and immediately notifies users. Unused reservations are automatically released and reallocated according to demand, reducing stress caused by a shortage of meeting rooms and seats, and improving space utilization rates. A key feature is the integration of physical space and digital data.

Realizing the ITOKI Smart Campus

Itoki's vision for educational DX: A new standard for "learning style" realized through AI x Design.
A learning environment where you can explore, collaborate, and co-create anytime, anywhere.

Educational use of metaverse technology
