A project using young employees to build a one-of-a-kind office that will create new value for the next generation

TOMOMASU DRINK Co.,LTD, which develops and sells original soft drinks such as Swan Cider, Kodomo Beer, and local cider, has celebrated its 120th anniversary and opened a new logistics center and head office. The concept of the new office, which aims to create new ways of working that correspond to the times, is "a one-of-a-kind office where we can think together, walk together, create new value together, and enjoy the world." By effectively utilizing programming methods that encourage employee autonomy, a creative office space that is characteristic of Tomomasu Inryo has been completed.

User's Voice

TOMOMASU DRINK Co.,LTD
Takuhiro Arima, Deputy Manager of the Development Division, Marketing Department

When I was first appointed as the project leader, I was worried about whether I could bring the team together, but with ITOKI's enthusiastic and sincere support, from considering working styles to creating operational rules, we were able to complete the project together.

Thanks to the company entrusting the project to the young members and ITOKI, we were able to learn how to proceed with the project, and it is still useful in our daily work. We created an office from scratch, which is an experience that is rare, and we were able to realize the office that we envisioned as a truly comfortable place to work, an office that Tomomasu Beverage can be proud of, which has given all the members confidence.

A new office that expresses the president's "thoughts" and employees' "expectations" has been completed in Ogi City, Saga Prefecture.

The concept is [SHUWA SHUWA WORK STYLE].

All project members, both inside and outside the company, shared ideas and advanced discussions, resulting in an office space with an interior that reflects Tomomasu Beverage's unique style and an environment that allows employees to work productively. We hope that this office space will become a place where you can thrive in the future.

Project manager

Hiroki Tanaka

This project was centered around young employees, and the challenge was to realize creative working styles as well as to develop young employees through the creation of the office.

Not only did we conduct an internal survey to clarify the current issues, but we also provided young employees with an opportunity to gain new input and share new ways of working through tours of the ITOKI Fukuoka office and workshops.

Furthermore, based on the keywords proposed by the project members - "corporate identity," "playfulness," and "one-of-a-kind," we believe we have been able to create a concept for the new office that is suitable for TOMOMASU DRINK Co.,LTD.

I am very honored to have been able to participate in this project.
