It seems that other bases have taken notice of this new office design, and connections are being forged between the bases through office tours, etc. Going forward, we hope to share the experience of the Suminoe Factory with our bases, leading to improved work styles and office environments across the company.
Comment
At first, there were many abstract and undefined aspects, and we often found ourselves standing still, wondering, "What exactly is an office like a battery?" However, after repeated meetings with Panasonic Energy, Kajima Corporation, and Itoki, the process of shaping the office while working alongside the client's aspirations was very fulfilling and enjoyable.
We hope to continue our involvement so that the office will not be completed and then finished, but will be one that can evolve according to the situation.
