As a symbol of citizen learning, culture, art, creativity, information dissemination, and citizen collaboration, "Noichi Kaleido, the Forest of Learning" was born, a complex facility consisting of the Nonoichi City Library and the Citizen Learning Center. There is a library with Japan's first book tower that spans from the first floor to the second floor ceiling, and a citizen learning center where you can engage in artistic culture such as art and music, as well as creative culinary activities.
