Harumi Tree and Field
The concept of this facility is "Harumi Tree and Meadow," and the building resembles a large tree and the space beneath it is meant to be a place where people of all ages can feel comfortable. The facility is a complex that will house a special branch office, a counseling center for the elderly, a health center, a certified childcare center, and a library. In addition to a wide selection of books, the library also has a teens and youth area that targets teenagers and people in their twenties, where they can read books and concentrate on their studies. As a legacy of the Tokyo 2020 Games, some of the wood used in the Village Plaza has been used.
