A lifelong local hub that can be used by anyone, from children to adults, and that passes on history and culture to future generations
The planning is geared towards creating encounters and connections, and the easy-to-circulate space encourages spontaneous strolls, creating opportunities to encounter new books and people while strolling. The succession of encounters will help the space grow into a creative space. Due to the constraints of the site, the volume of this building extends vertically, so the traffic flow inevitably resulted in a vertical "three-dimensional circulation" design. The design is inspired by the image of ascending the forest levels, and the character of the interior design changes depending on the floor, creating a space where you can intuitively feel at home. The design is sprinkled with motifs based on Voronoi figures, a geometry that is abundant in nature.
