User's Voice

Kobayashi Kako Co., Ltd.
Corporate Headquarters General Affairs Department Hiromi Tsuboi

The design of the office for the new head office was mainly discussed by a project team made up of young employees, and what left a lasting impression on me was the workshop we held during the office design stage. Itoki helped us discover new ways of working and ways to utilize each area. I think this has energized the project team and allowed us to gather more opinions. By receiving suggestions based on the opinions of the workshop, we received support to fundamentally change the image of the traditional office.

We started with a project team made up mainly of young employees, considering new ways of working and ways to utilize space.

The refresh space was created based on the opinions expressed at the workshop.
It is a symbolic space where the thoughts of the members have come to life, and it is crowded with many employees during lunch breaks.

Through the large atrium in the center of the building,
You can feel the concept of "connecting people, information, and space."
