Tohoku General Affairs Department Relocation Project Organizer
Itoki has been involved in project management since the project's inception, and has supported us in terms of both input and output, including conducting research such as interviews with group companies while working with the secretariat, and incorporating the results into a plan. Regarding the design, for the reception floor, F3rd floor, and office floor, they had a deep understanding of our company and proposed a total design that matched the requirements.
Comment
By consolidating the offices of group companies that were scattered in six locations into one location and implementing new work styles and reforming ourselves, we will increase the synergy effect between the groups and further improve customer satisfaction with the combined efforts of the Fujitsu Limited group. As this was a project aimed at moving forward, it was a highly difficult project, including coordination among the parties involved.
Together with members of the customer side's office, we held close discussions with each group company regarding work styles in the new office, etc. As a result, we were able to build an office that will become a landmark in Tohoku for the Fujitsu Limited Group.

This project was an unusual case in which multiple independent companies were brought together in one building. We not only simply brought together our bases, but also aimed to create synergies in our work and create a sense of spiritual unity. In particular, the co-working space "F3rd", which is shared by workers from each group company, is focused on attracting many people, and also uses wood from six prefectures in Tohoku, and allows to store sake from sake breweries in Tohoku in a hidden door. , we have devised a way for everyone to use it with love. By building a good relationship with Fujitsu's project team, they were able to create a space with great attention to detail, and it has become a popular space that is being utilized as originally intended. We hope that it will continue to be used even more as a symbolic space for Tohoku Fujitsu Limited.
