I have been involved in a variety of projects up to now, and this was not the only time I have worked with an outside party; issues always arise, such as misunderstandings and unexpected problems. I was particularly impressed by how Itoki took these issues very seriously and took responsibility to resolve them.
This time, Itoki has created the seed for the office where we work. How we develop it from there is up to us, and we hope that the young employees who will be working here for a long time will think about this and maintain a comfortable working environment.

From the early stages of this project, we placed importance on not just proposing a design, but also on a co-creation approach of "creating it together" with Otafuku. After the renovation, we have seen employees taking the initiative in using the office to their full potential.

Our goal was not to just build it and be done with it, but to create an office that would grow together with the people who use it, so I'm very happy that everyone has made this a reality.
