As a core company in the network solution business of the NEC Group, NEC Networks & System Integration Corporation provides network integration for companies, local governments, and government offices.
They are developing an empowered office business that promotes telework and pursuing new ways of working. The company's China branch began operating a new office in May 2018. An office that creates connections with customers, the company's group, and employees has been completed.

The space features group desking to encourage collaboration between departments. In the foreground is a stand-up meeting area that also houses multifunction printers and documents. Universal design was also taken into consideration, with aisles wide enough for wheelchair access.

The office relocation of the Chugoku branch was on a tight schedule of just five months, from the competition to decide on the office design to the actual relocation. Within that time, ITOKI responded quickly to everything from interior construction to layout and furniture proposals. As the flagship branch for work style reform in the Chugoku area, this office also plays the role of a working showroom, and I believe we have created a workplace that is both easy to work in and well-designed. We are also very satisfied with the thorough aftercare.

Based on the concept of creating a new office "Empowered Office" that "connects people, work, and knowledge no matter where you are" recommended by NEC Networks & System Integration Corporation, we created an office that is inspired by the regional characteristics of the Chugoku region and a park where people gather. I helped you.
