This project aims to provide an office environment that increases employee satisfaction, speed up the development of increasingly complex systems, and improve employee engagement. Inspired by the client's office concept, "A park bursting with passion," we designed an exciting space that connects with Nakano Central Park, which spreads out in front of the building. Five work zones with different concepts were created on one 5,000m2 floor, allowing employees to choose the appropriate space for their work. We also aimed for an agile space with a minimalist design and adaptable furniture that allows for future layout changes. Everyone involved in the project discussed the new office in a positive manner, and I believe we have achieved an office that allows for new ways of working to be put into practice.
