HUB

The HUB, which utilizes a three-story atrium from the second floor, is a place where people gather and encourage communication that transcends departmental boundaries. It consists of a cafe counter and collaborative creation area on the second floor, and a sofa meeting corner and library on the third floor. The interior design concept of ``a form is a collection of lines'' is expressed through graphics and furniture. We created a connection with the office space to make it easier for employees to see our activities and gather together.

Itoki worked closely with the architectural design team to create a fusion of architectural concept and interior design. We were able to move forward with the project with peace of mind due to detailed attention to detail and efficient follow-up. In a survey conducted after the start of operation, employees were highly motivated, with comments such as ``I feel comfortable working'' and ``The fixtures are easy to use.'' Our in-house tours have been well received, and SUSTIE has received many inquiries from various quarters as an office that combines energy savings and comfort, and is designed to support new ways of working during the coronavirus pandemic. I am.

Aiming for the fusion of architecture, interior design, and working styles, we focused on a consistent concept in our design. Although I felt it was difficult to combine multifaceted elements into a single form, I remember that I enjoyed working on it as a designer.

SUSTIE, which was realized after repeated conversations with customers and overcoming many challenges, has a consistent design and is a comfortable working place suitable for a facility that demonstrates ZEB.
