A symbol office for agricultural promotion that aims to function as a new type of Japan Agricultural Cooperative Association headquarters.
The Aoumi region is located almost in the center of Aichi Prefecture and is an advanced agricultural region known as "Japanese Denmark."Aichi Central Japan Agricultural Cooperative Association (JA Aichi Chuo) was established in 1996 by the merger of agricultural cooperatives in five cities in this region: Hekinan City, Kariya City, Anjo City, Takahama City, and Chiryu City. With the catchphrase "good soil" and "good smiles," we aim to build a community where soil and smiles sparkle. In March 2015, JA constructed a new head office building that will become a symbol of local agriculture.

Main store sales department on the 1st floor. The louvers made from laminated wood from the construction and the wood color of the counters and other furniture are unified to create a sense of unity as a space.

The building's exterior uses vertical louvers to evoke the image of swaying rice fields in a vast rural landscape.
