Because the introduction of ABW will bring about major changes to current work styles, the spatial design was made to make each activity visually easy to understand and functionally easy to use so that workers can afford it.
The design process also incorporated the opinions and ideas of the workers who work here, and the central relaxation area features a cafe that makes people want to stop by on their way to the office, as well as graphic design that expresses a life with electricity, resulting in an office design that expresses the unique character of the Power Systems Design Department.

I believe this was a project that attracted a lot of attention as a new initiative within the Omika office, including the introduction of ABW as part of work style transformation.
By working with ABW consulting staff, we were able to thoroughly discuss with the client office members what future working styles should be, and after considering the office environment, including the layout, we were able to create a high-quality office.
The construction of the office is just a milestone, and we hope to continue to build a good relationship between our customers and ITOKI in the future.
