Anfore is a complex facility that includes a main building with a library and information center and a hall, a plaza and park where events can be held, a privately managed parking lot, and commercial facilities.
It was opened with the aim of creating and revitalizing the central city area as a place for learning, health, and fellowship, disseminating information, promoting learning, health, and various exchanges and activities.
