ITOKI Group's efforts to prevent harassment in recruitment activities

The Itoki Group does not tolerate any sexual harassment, power harassment, or other forms of harassment (hereinafter referred to as "harassment of job seekers") by its employees during recruitment activities. The Group is taking the following measures to ensure that applicants can participate in recruitment selections and events (such as internships) with peace of mind.

  • We will conduct internal training on harassment prevention for employees who may be involved in recruitment activities.

  • In cooperation with the Compliance Promotion Department, we will establish a system to prevent harassment throughout the entire Itoki Group.

  • Meetings during the recruitment process will be limited to public locations (company offices, university campuses, recruitment event venues, etc.), and one-on-one meetings outside of public locations will be prohibited.

  • In recruitment activities, company meals are prohibited as a general rule, except when conducted by the recruitment department or with the approval of the recruitment department.

  • Employees of our group must use company email addresses and company devices to communicate with job seekers; the use of social media and personal devices is prohibited.

  • We will establish a consultation service for job seekers and others experiencing harassment.

If you encounter any concerning behavior from an employee during our group's recruitment activities, please contact the external reporting hotline listed below. We have established a system to protect your privacy and will handle your report appropriately.
