Itoki receives the highest rating of ``Gold'' in the ``PRIDE Index 2023,'' which evaluates initiatives for LGBTQ people in the workplace.

ITOKI CORPORATION (headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koji Minato) was awarded the highest rating of "Gold" in the PRIDE Index, an evaluation index for initiatives related to LGBTQ and other sexual minorities (hereinafter referred to as LGBTQ) in the workplace, on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.

What is the PRIDE index?

This is Japan's first evaluation index for efforts towards sexual minorities such as LGBTQ in the workplace. In June 2016, the voluntary organization ``work with Pride'' formulated this policy with the aim of creating workplaces in Japan that are comfortable for LGBTQ people, transcending the framework of companies and organizations. In accordance with each letter of PRIDE, "Policy (declaration of action)", "Representation (community of those involved)", "Inspiration (awareness activities)", "Development (personnel system/program)", "Engagement/Empowerment (social contribution/external relations activities)" Each company is evaluated using five factors as indicators.
