Integrated contact point for realizing a digital society
In order to promote the "Kakanai One-Stop Counter" for local government digital transformation, the Setagaya Ward My Number Card Center was opened by integrating and expanding the offices of the Setagaya Ward My Number Card Issuance Promotion Division and the counter offices that handled card applications and issuance at separate addresses. While the use of My Number cards is expanding as part of a national policy, the center aims to provide detailed support to those who are unfamiliar with digital devices and services in order to "achieve a digital society in which no one is left behind." Our company was contracted to handle everything from formulating the relocation plan to constructing the counter and managing the construction. Taking into consideration the handling of a huge amount of personal information, we devised a layout that clearly separates the workroom and the area accessible to ward residents.

By installing information monitors in all completely separate booths where personal information cannot be seen from the outside, staff can easily provide guidance and the contact point is easy for users to understand.
