To commemorate the 140th anniversary of the university's founding, a new 16-story high-rise school building was constructed. The new 10th Building, with its sophisticated glass exterior and 16-story building constructed on the new campus along Yasukuni-dori, is the tallest building on campus. In addition to classrooms such as lecture rooms and seminar rooms, the building also features a presentation hall on the 16th floor, a global floor on the 15th floor, a Knowledge Base (library) on the 14th and 13th floors, a student lounge on the 7th floor, and a multipurpose hall on the 3rd floor, creating a learning environment unique to high-rise urban buildings.
