NITTO SYSTEM TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD. provides IT solution services for school corporations, medical corporations, manufacturing industries, etc.
In February 2021, a new office building was completed in Ota City, Gunma Prefecture, and operations began.
We aimed to realize our corporate vision of ''an unfading mission'' and ''the best team'' by providing a variety of workplaces where you can freely choose where you work depending on the characteristics and situation of your work.

A five-story, second-floor concentrated area that uses skip floors to create a variety of spaces.
The first floor hall is a large space with a ceiling height of 8.2m, and is a comfortable space that lets in plenty of natural light through the glass openings. You can also sit on the stairs leading to the mezzanine floor, and you can also project images onto a screen near the window. She also plays an active role in presentations and events where all employees gather.

The project started with the goal of solving the problem of improving the office environment, but with the involvement of many employees from the planning stage, we were able to create an office that was comfortable and easy to work in. We were also able to achieve results in improved employee engagement.
This was a long project lasting approximately four years, and Itoki submitted new ideas and images, including ideas for zoning and layout, as well as showroom attendance and work styles. Obtaining so much inspiration led to the creation of an ideal office that embodies the concept.

We supported the project from the basic design stage, starting with solving the problem of improving the office environment, and aiming to realize the corporate vision of "an unfading mission" and "the best team."
Taking advantage of the ample space that is not found in the city center, we created a large space with a ceiling height of 8.2m and a skip floor to create a space with a different atmosphere, creating a very comfortable space that realizes the concept of this project, "communication and concentration." It has become a good symbolic place.
It was a valuable experience for me to experience President Aoki's compassion for his employees and passion for the office.
